Weekly Lesson Timetable

We are are one of the biggest clubs in Sunderland and are very fortunate to be able to offer our members such a wide variety of differentiated ability lessons.

Whether you are just starting your karate journey, coming back after a long time break or are an experienced karate-ka, our weekly timetable will have a lesson that is just right for you!

As we have a large size Dojo to train in, parents are welcome to stay and watch during all of our classes, if they would like to.
